Sefshin (the secret combat of fire) is a scientific approach to develop the mind and body to its ultimate potential, a way of life, a way of honour and a way of dignity.

This way oflife truly emphasises the development of any single person that becomes a student of Sefshin. This code of conduct should be used together with physical training so that positive behaviour flows and becomes apparent through anyone that practises this art.

These codes are based on the shared respect between all students and masters that work together to honour the name of Sefshin. A practitioner is expected to show a deep understanding of respect to every individual inside, and outside of the class. They should behave in a way that proudly enhances the reputation of a true martial artist, and Sefshin International Federation.
